Liliya has obtained her 2200 hour Massage Diploma from the Alberta Institute of Massage in Red Deer.
Liliya has training in and offers treatments in the following:

- Pre and Post Natal Massage
- Hydrotherapy and Stretching
- CranioSacral Therapy (Level 1)
- Arthrokinetic Therapy
- Cervical and Upper Thoracic Balancing
- Joint and Nerve Mobilization
Liliya is always upgrading and learning new techniques to ensure that she can give her clients the best possible care.
Liliya wants her clients to know that they can expect the following within her treatment room:
- Treatments are always within the clients pain tolerance
- Her goal is to help relax tense muscles
- To provide therapeutic or relaxation treatments in order to make her clients feel better so that they can continue with their daily activities
